Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible and you may request a return after delivery.

Unshipped orders can be cancelled from your account or by contacting Support.
Once shipped, cancellation cannot be processed.
After delivery, eligible orders may be handled under our return process.

7-Day Refund Policy

Refund requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and verification.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags.
Products showing signs of alteration, use, or damage may not be eligible.
Refund approval is subject to product inspection.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method where applicable.
Bank or payment gateway timelines may vary after refund initiation.

Final sale or clearance items.
Customized or personalized products.
Used, washed, altered, damaged, or tagless items.
