What is Miray Fashion's Exchange Policy?
Miray Fashion offers a 7-day Size Exchange policy. Products can be exchanged for size only within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Is there any exchange fee?
Yes. A nominal exchange fee of ₹99 is charged for size exchanges. The fee is applied only once, even if the order is delivered in multiple shipments.
Do you offer returns and refunds?
Yes. Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging. Refunds are processed after successful quality inspection.
What are the conditions for exchange or return?
Products must be unused and returned with original tags and packaging. Combo or set products must be exchanged or returned as a complete set.
When will the Exchange / Return option appear in my account?
Please allow up to 24 hours after delivery for the Exchange or Return option to become available in your account.
Do I need to upload product images?
Yes. Clear images of the product with tags attached are required while submitting an exchange or return request. Invalid or missing images may result in rejection.
Can I exchange or return only part of a combo/set?
No. Combo and set products must be exchanged or returned in full. Partial exchanges or returns are not supported.
Can I request a second size exchange?
A second exchange is not included by default. However, it may be processed subject to approval with an exchange fee of ₹250.
What should I do if I receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product?
Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by raising a support ticket. Our team will inspect the case and arrange a replacement if applicable.
When will my pickup be scheduled?
Reverse pickups are generally completed within 2–3 working days, depending on service availability in your area.
Why did my pickup fail?
Our courier partner attempts pickup up to three times. If all attempts fail, please contact support and we will arrange a fresh pickup request.
